I have to say I was more than a bit skeptical about this one. I mean a 'top secret' weight loss secret??

Now I'll admit that the name and the angle they are using is a bit corny, but there is no doubting the science behind. It all stems from the work of the author as a doctor for obese people, she developed a system to kill all the bad stuff in your bowels and found that the patients then went on to lose a lot of weight.

Some people are having great results with this, it is not your usual program though, you have been warned! It is like a special detox but it also takes you though such thing as the different body types and what kind of food you are best suited for and other little gems (which I thought should have been in weight loss books ages ago!).

It is not terribly easy to understand though, it requires a bit of digesting (pardon the pun) before you can really get the right idea about what she is saying and what you need to do, so for that reason only then it has to be relegated to just 8/10.

This is not cardio work, you don't need to get on a treadmill for hours to do this! They are simple and easy to do.
